shipping methods and shipping information 

1. Shipping methods

We offer shipping within Germany with DHL. Other shipping methods such as express shipping are currently not available.

We also ship to other EU countries. The shipping conditions and costs for international orders are listed below.

 

2. Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all orders within Germany. Shipping costs are already included in the product prices. So you don't have to pay anything extra - you get your purchase including delivery!

Shipping costs apply for orders to other EU countries. These are displayed during the ordering process and must be paid by the customer.

 

3. Processing times

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.

Please note that delivery and processing times may vary, especially during peak season (e.g. Christmas), special promotions or supply shortages.

 

4. Delivery time

Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days after dispatch. This may vary depending on the destination and the respective shipping conditions. Delays may occur if DHL encounters problems or due to high order volume.

For orders to other EU countries, the delivery time is between 4-10 working days, depending on the destination country. Delays due to customs clearance are possible and are outside of our control.

If a package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office in time and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for redelivery.

 

5. Shipping restrictions

Shipping is only possible within Germany and to certain EU countries. Shipping to non-EU countries is currently not possible.

 

6. Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will help you resolve the issue and offer you a solution such as a replacement or refund. 

DHL is responsible for shipping and delivery. If a package is lost or damaged, a damage report is made to DHL. Liability is governed by DHL's terms and conditions.

We also endeavour to find a fair solution for orders from outside the EU. Depending on the case, appropriate compensation will be worked out together with the customer.

 

7. Customs and import taxes (only for international shipping)

We currently offer shipping to countries outside the EU. When shipping to countries outside the EU, additional customs fees and import taxes may apply. These costs are not included in the price of the product and are paid by the customer to the relevant customs authorities upon delivery.
