General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Selin's Lovely Finds

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders that customers place with “Selin's Lovely Finds” (hereinafter “we” or “us”) via our online shop. By submitting an order, the customer declares his agreement to these GTC.

These terms and conditions also apply to orders from outside the EU. Additional conditions for international orders are regulated in the respective sections.

 

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with Selin's Lovely Finds, Selin Kilic: Sperberweg 1, 58093 Hagen.

 

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. We confirm receipt of the order by email. The contract is only concluded when we accept the order by confirming the preparation for shipping or the shipping of the goods.

When shipping to other EU countries, delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance or shipping service providers. Cancellation is only possible after receipt of the goods.

 

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices quoted are final prices and do not include VAT, as we make use of the small business regulation according to Section 19 UStG. The shipping costs are shown to the customer during the ordering process and are not included in the price.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer).

For orders from countries outside the Eurozone, currency conversion fees may apply. These are to be borne by the customer. This applies to all countries whose currency is not the Euro.

 

5th delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping conditions. The delivery time is shown to the customer during the ordering process.

If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office in time and is returned to us, the customer must bear the additional shipping costs themselves in order to have the goods delivered again.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him receives the goods.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in its original packaging and the contents have not been removed from the packaging or used. This applies in particular to materials such as wire or beads, which cannot be resold after opening or use.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of the withdrawal in writing (e.g. by email or post). Further information on the withdrawal can be found in our cancellation policy.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

In the event of cancellation, the purchase amount minus shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. Returns without postage paid will not be accepted.

Returns are only possible if the product is returned unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used materials cannot be exchanged.

 

8. Liability for defects

The statutory liability for defects applies. If the goods are damaged upon delivery, this must be reported immediately so that we have the opportunity to find a solution. "Opening the original packaging" means that the material has been removed or used. If the goods arrive damaged, an appropriate solution will be found together with the customer. This also applies to orders from outside the EU - we endeavor to find a fair solution.

 

9. Data Protection

We respect the privacy of our customers. The personal data you provide will only be used to process your order and will not be passed on to third parties. You can find further information in our privacy policy.

 

10. Copyright

All images, texts and designs used on our website are protected by copyright and may not be used without express permission.

 

11. Liability

We are fully liable for damages caused by us or our vicarious agents due to intent or gross negligence. We are only liable for minor negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated.

 

12. Final provisions

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hagen, provided the customer is a merchant.

13. Language of the Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are written in German. In case of translations, the German version shall prevail in case of doubt.
